Preparation
- Mark a starting point and a finish line in the designated space (e.g., using a tree, backpacks, or another visible marker).
- Give each participant a balloon to inflate and tie securely.
- Explain the rules:
- The objective is to move all balloons to the finish area before the other teams.
- The first team to get their balloons to the finish line wins.
- Players must keep their hands behind their backs while moving the balloons.
- Teams will have 1 minute to strategize before starting.
- Strategies can be adjusted during the activity, as long as hands are not used.
- Divide participants into groups of 8–15 people.
- Give them one minute to plan their strategy.
- Ensure everyone is in position, then give the starting signal.
- Allow all teams to complete the race.
- Announce the winning order once all teams have finished.

Participants who cannot engage in physical activity can take on supportive roles, such as coaches, observers, or motivators. Observers can report their insights at the end.
