Instructions
- Individual Shadow Projection: Each child selects a body part and projects its shadow onto a sheet of paper.
- Pair Work: Children form pairs and take turns tracing each other’s chosen body part onto the paper.
- Creative Transformation:
- The traced shadow is transformed into something new by adding three details (e.g., a hand becomes a rooster).
- The modified shadow is then painted completely black to create a solid silhouette and is cut out.
- Group Collaboration:
- The pairs join together into a larger group (at least 8 children).
- They arrange their cut-out silhouettes in sequence based on a theme or pattern the group decides.
- Storytelling & Performance:
- Once the sequence is set, the group creates a story inspired by their arranged shapes.
- They then act out their story and present it to the other groups.
